【食譜】"一日一生(Labor Day)"電影看完中毒,做了 西洋梨派 (劇中為蜜桃派) ,成功?失敗?


看完特映會【一日一生】,劇情中有個片段就是在做蜜桃派,
讓我回家後輾轉難眠,因為看起來太好吃又太簡單了!!!
所以,我認真的回憶一下電影中的做法,在搜尋一下網路食譜,
最後混合板的西洋梨派,請大家欣賞~~ (我覺得就看看就好) XDDD



以下就是一日一生的做派畫面。

(其實三個人在那裡秋來秋去,覺得有點噁心 :P)




我就來告訴大家我是怎麼做的齁,你們去看電影再幫我比對比對~


電影裡是用杏桃,我們台灣很難買到那東西,所以就用西洋梨。




(18cm烤盤)派皮食材:


  • 麵粉150g
  • 奶油100g
  • 冰水50cc
  • 鹽 半茶匙
  • 糖1大匙



派皮步驟:


  • 除了水,其它都混合 (麵粉我有過篩),用刮刀切拌,切成紅豆大小狀再慢慢加水繼續切。
  • 水完成後,麵糰放置保鮮膜上,包起來壓它,就可以慢慢成形。
  • 為了做成酥皮,所以我嘗試一塊酥皮一塊兩塊,疊在一起,再壓它,此動作重覆四次。
  • 切成一大一小(大的下面,小的上面。)
  • 烤箱 先225度遇熱,放入時再改為175C,烤40分左右。







內餡食材: 西洋梨 4顆、砂糖、檸檬1/4顆
步驟: 先將派皮鋪上,再將混合好的水果放上,再蓋上派皮,用叉子壓孔隙,最後塗上蛋黃液。








(電影裡有這步驟,就是在派皮上灑糖....如法炮製)

只不過我烤到一半,派皮裂了............................................(也沒有像電影中汁液貌出的焦糖貌..)





電影男主角說,要憑自己的感覺,不要太相信食譜.....
我覺得我的感覺都對了!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

但!!!!!!!!!!!!!

為什麼下面的派皮是"濕糊糊的"???????????????
難道這樣才是正統嗎????

我分不出來我失敗還是成功,上面的派皮非常酥,下面非常糊.........
我沒吃過世面上有這種口感的.....這..............







好的,屏除下面是糊的,單吃內餡和上面的派皮,是好吃的 (我無言了~~YA)


記錄一下,我對電影的瘋狂。

另外我還有看到去年公視的人生劇展【親愛的陌生人】,那裡面在台東拍攝,
然後也有一道波仁蝦球,是利用鳳梨釋迦+蝦仁的美味食譜,
下次有這兩個食材我來試試看!!

RECIPE: JOYCE MAYNARD'S “LABOR DAY” PEACH PIE
INGREDIENTS
3 pounds peaches
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Crisco vegetable shortening
1 stick plus 1 tablespoon chilled butter, cut into pieces
1/3 to 1/2 cup ice water
4 tablespoons Minute tapioca
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir in 2 tablespoons of tapioca. Let stand, stirring occasionally.
In another bowl, mix the flour and salt. Using a pastry blender, work in the shortening and the stick of butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle ice water over the flour mixture in small amounts, stirring gently with a fork, until the dough just holds together. Shape the dough into a ball and divide it into two discs, one slightly larger than the other.
Place the smaller disc on a sheet of waxed paper, and use a lightly floured rolling pin to roll the dough into a 12-inch circle. If the dough sticks to the rolling pin, dust it lightly with more flour. Lay a 9- to 10-inch pie pan face down on top of the circle; flip the pan over and remove the paper. For the crust, roll out the other disc to form a 14-inch circle. Do not over-roll.
Sprinkle the remaining tapioca on the bottom crust. Add the filling, mounding it in the center, and dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Lift the waxed paper with the remaining crust and flip it over the filling. Trim the edges of the crusts and pinch together the top and bottom crusts.
Brush the pie with the egg. Sprinkle with sugar. Poke fork holes or cut vents in the top crust.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm. If serving with Josh Brolin, skip the pie entirely.
